Your Tasks
- Travel to customer sites for hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to drives, PLCs, sensors, valves, and basic mechanical and process systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to assist customers in resolving technical issues.
- Investigate and document machine breakdowns, assess damage, and determine corrective actions.
- Evaluate the technical condition of equipment and systems, providing preventive maintenance advice to customers.
- Promote service products, including modifications, spare parts, field services, training, audits, maintenance, and overhauls.
- Ensure timely creation and submission of reports upon task completion.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of blown film lines.
Your Profile
- Degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent certification.
- Experience in field service or maintenance, preferably with blown films or similar plastic processing machinery.
- Proficiency in understanding, reading, and writing in English and the local language.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain composure and clarity in stressful situations.
- Ability to read and comprehend electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic diagrams.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and testing machine modules.
- Strong understanding of PLCs, drives, and sensors from major manufacturers.
- Ability to read and interpret PLC code.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
