Ihre Aufgaben:

Als Fachmann für Beschaffungsprozesse und Supply Chain Management sind Sie die Schnittstelle zu den zugeordneten Supportfunktionen in Litauen. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Key-User-Funktion bei Beschaffungsprozessen und Standardisierungsprozessen. Darüber hinaus sind Sie die Schnittstelle zur Globalen Supply Chain Management Organisation.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Schnittstelle zu den zugeordneten Supportfunktionen in Litauen
  • Key-User für Beschaffungsprozesse und Standardisierungsprozesse
  • Schnittstelle zur Globalen Supply Chain Management Organisation
  • Schulung und Unterweisung von neuen und bestehenden Mitarbeitern im Team
  • First Level Support bei Fragen zur Beschaffung/Dispo-Cockpit/Stammdatenpflege
  • Aufzeigen von Schwachstellen und Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Standards
  • Testen von Anpassungen an Prozessen und Abläufen
  • Übernahme operativer Beschaffungs- und Planungsaufgaben
Anforderungen:

Um diese Herausforderung zu meistern, benötigen wir:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene einschlägige Berufsausbildung und aufbauende Fachausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Disposition/Einkauf
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office, SAP und Dispocockpit
  • Sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeit und fundierte Moderationserfahrung
  • Sehr gutes analytisches und ganzheitliches Denken und Handeln
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten in komplexen Problemstellungen
