**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Assurance Engineer to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a key member of our aerospace industry team, you will be responsible for ensuring the certification and compliance of our hardware and software development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Airworthiness and Certification Authorities to discuss certification baselines and levels of involvement.
- Monitor supplier development to ensure compliance with RTCA/DO-254 and RTCA/DO-178 standards.
- Prepare reviews with Airworthiness and Certification Authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Define documentation requirements for hardware and software development projects.
- Report on compliance with criticality and safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Aerospace.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Configuration Management, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics.
- Experience in SW- and/or HW-Development is required.
- Experience in Requirements Engineering is a plus.
- Self-reliant and systematic work approach.
- Stress-resistance.
- Ability to work in an international team.
- Business fluent German and English.
