Job Summary

We are seeking an Operation Management Associate who is fluent in Japanese to join our coordination department. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Production and shipment planning and management, working closely with our factory team
  • Communication with our Customer Service Team, Sales Team, and Engineering Team, including our Japanese counterparts
  • Inventory management and projection of strategic inventory levels
  • Control of airfreight costs and reporting to our Business Unit

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • International experience, preferably in coordination and automotive industries
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Japanese language skills
  • Outgoing and stress-resistant personality with great communication skills
