Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our Customer Insights squad, a cross-functional team that enables personalization by transforming consumer data into actionable insights and data-driven targeting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop end-to-end data science models that focus on improving the customer journey through more effective targeting and segmentation.
  • Apply advanced data science techniques to solve complex business problems and drive business growth.
  • Analyse and interpret large datasets to gain insights and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the CDP platform teams to build, deploy, and operationalize production-grade data science models and services.
  • Work closely with product specialists and user experience teams to understand business processes, identify data and solution requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience applying statistical and machine learning models.
  • Strong experience in SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Experience with productionalizing data science models and validating their online performance using testing methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based computing platforms, such as GCP or AWS, and deep knowledge of MLOps best practices and tools.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Nice to Have
  • Proven track record of scientific work in statistics, physics, economics, mathematics, data science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in collaborating with marketing teams for incentive optimization.
  • Experience with reinforcement learning approaches, such as multi-armed bandit (MAB).
  • Previous experience working in a cross-functional platform team or organization.
