LEG Wohnen NRW GmbH - Our operational unit manages the approximately 167,000 apartments of LEG tenants with all LEG service offerings through eight locations.

We are looking for a Real Estate Management Specialist - Focus on Specialized Accounting Review for the locations Düsseldorf, Dortmund, or Wilhelmshaven to join our Immobilienmanagement department as soon as possible.

This role offers:

  • You conduct on-site reviews as part of the specialized accounting review to ensure high quality standards.
  • You identify defects and are responsible for pursuing corrective measures up to final clearance, as well as coordinating with general contractors and external service providers.
  • You take over, in close cooperation with various locations, quota-dependent reviews of invoices in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • You maintain regular exchange with the team for vacant property renovation on quality standards and anomalies for continuous improvement.
  • You contribute to the design and regular optimization of process flows, particularly with regard to on-site reviews.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A successful completion of a technical or economic degree, preferably with a focus on building and/or housing economics, or an equivalent training with a technical or real estate management focus.
  • Practical work experience and acquired knowledge of housing economics (in terms of maintenance or modernization).
  • Excellent IT skills, preferably in SAP and Excel.
  • A valid class B driver's license is required.
