Project Manager - Security Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our security technology projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects throughout the entire project cycle, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of security technology professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are aligned with project requirements and that resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Site Management: Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Estimation and Invoicing: Develop and manage project estimates and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • After-Sales Service: Provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Technical Degree: Hold a technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Project Management Experience: Possess experience as a project manager in the field of electrical engineering, preferably security technology.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
