We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Warehouse Associate to join our team at VPL Personal Leasing GmbH. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of goods, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and identifying any discrepancies
• Unload and load trucks according to delivery documents from the automotive industry
• Communicate with internal departments and external partners, including our Polish factory and suppliers
• Accurately record inventory transactions in our ERP system, proAlpha
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Assist with general warehouse duties, as needed

• Completed vocational training as a warehouse specialist or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in using ERP systems, such as proAlpha
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Valid forklift operator certification and experience with warehouse equipment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early and late shifts
• Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate good organizational skills
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
