About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate for Dry Goods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment, including maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive team culture
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service; experience in the food retail industry a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
