About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Coordinator (m/w/d) to join our team at expertum GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of assembly teams to customer sites across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the deployment of assembly teams to customer sites, ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects.
  • Monitor and control project timelines, identifying and mitigating potential delays or issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers and customers to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Organize the transportation of machinery to customer sites or to our parent company.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial education or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in team deployment and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and language skills in German and English.
  • Additional language skills are an asset.
  • High level of problem-solving ability and adaptability.
  • Independent mobility (car and driver's license).
