Job OverviewAs a Procurement and Material Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the material acquisition and administration at our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Material Acquisition: Efficiently procure and manage materials to ensure operational continuity.
- Inventory Oversight: Regularly monitor and manage stock levels to meet production demands.
- Timely Supply Coordination: Guarantee that materials are supplied promptly to production and logistics departments.
- Supplier Management: Track delivery schedules and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- SAP Support: Collaborate with the SAP master data team to enhance data accuracy.
- Reporting: Generate insightful reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship along with relevant experience in procurement.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to service.
- The ability to work autonomously while demonstrating high levels of dedication.
- Flexibility and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively.
