Key Responsibilities: The Store Leader is responsible for enhancing store productivity and profitability through effective team building and staff development, achieving goals, and ensuring adherence to all Kate Spade standards.
The Store Leader exemplifies leadership, sets the store's tone, and provides constructive feedback to the team, fostering an environment that promotes efficiency, productivity, and profitability while exceeding Kate Spade Service expectations. It is crucial to maintain the integrity of the Kate Spade Service environment by consistently making decisions that elevate the customer experience both in-store and with the brand.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to:
Take full ownership and accountability for the store; Exhibit leadership by modeling Kate Spade Service behaviors and selling standards; Empower the team to resolve customer issues and fulfill their needs; Motivate the team to meet and surpass performance benchmarks; Act as a champion for the team, inspiring others to achieve results; Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and corporate partners; Develop strategic plans to address key business challenges and utilize these plans to drive business success; Influence others to garner support for achieving objectives and completing projects; Demonstrate proficient time management skills.Qualifications:
