Job Title: Clinical Research Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to join our team at IQVIA. As a Clinical Research Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the conduct of clinical studies, ensuring the highest quality of data and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate clinical research studies and maintain a safe study environment in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure the well-being of participants, represent their interests, and guarantee the highest quality of care.
  • Better understand the needs of participants and provide support to the research team.
  • Manage study protocols, case report forms (CRFs), electronic data capture (EDC) systems, and other study documents.
  • Plan and coordinate logistical activities for study procedures in accordance with the study protocol.
  • Prepare clinical study materials, including labeling of sample tubes and containers, inventory of required materials, and setup or troubleshooting of equipment and/or the study.
  • Assist with data entry, data quality checks, and answering questions to ensure adherence to the study protocol and quality control.
  • Support participant recruitment, screening, and enrollment in accordance with the study protocol.
  • Collect, record, and report clinical data and findings in a suitable manner and collaborate with the principal investigator on study-related adverse events and serious adverse events in accordance with the study protocol.
  • Coordinate with the study monitor on study issues and effectively respond to questions from the monitor.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Knowledge of clinical studies, combined with a solid understanding of departmental, protocol, and study-specific workflows, informed consent, and study plans.
  • Excellent IT skills, experienced in using MS Windows and Office applications such as Access, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
