For our esteemed client in the aerospace sector, we are seeking dedicated professionals for the position of Work Package Leader for High Lift & MSI Wing New Product Breakdown Structure.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end planning, integration, and monitoring of the work package across all involved functions.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for project initiation and define project scope.
  • Ensure significant maturity of modifications and decisions with robust data inputs.
  • Manage the implementation strategy alongside associated risk management.
  • Guarantee business case viability and performance metrics (ramp-up, cost savings, lead time reduction, maturity, etc.).
  • Identify and manage potential risks and opportunities effectively.
  • Provide clear visibility on the work package status.
  • Act as Project Change Leader for selected change requests.

Personal Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all management levels, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently, structured, and results-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
  • A high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness to advocate for relevant interests.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Professional Training/Studies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Construction or Engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in engineering roles.
  • At least 2 years in production planning and control.
  • A minimum of 4 years in project management.

IT Skills:

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is advantageous.
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is a plus.

Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge in project management is essential.

Languages:

  • Fluent in German.
  • Business fluent in English.
