Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Practice Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of our genetic clinic, ensuring seamless communication between patients, physicians, and laboratory staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of genetic consultations and testing
- Manage patient flow and ensure timely completion of diagnostic procedures
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize clinic operations
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure accurate and timely test results
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations
Requirements
- Medical degree or equivalent experience in a related field
