- Engage with clients through multiple platforms to deliver tailored product showcases and sales interactions.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and product expertise.
- Enhance store layout, merchandising, and promotional displays to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Employ effective up-selling strategies to boost sales performance.
- Work closely with management to surpass profit targets while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Manage various administrative responsibilities, including consultations, returns, repairs, and workshop operations.
- Contribute significantly to post-sales initiatives aimed at cultivating a loyal customer base and fostering long-term relationships.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in high-end retail, ideally within the jewelry sector.
- Experience interacting with discerning clientele is a plus.
- Professional and confident communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- A proactive team player with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to adapt to evolving role expectations and work both independently and collaboratively within a virtual team.
- Fluency in both German and English, with strong reading and writing skills.
