Primary Role:

Your main responsibility will be to assist our existing clients with technical support and transportation bid management consulting. As a vital part of our Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model, you will merge your logistics expertise with a passion for technology to help our shipper clients maximize the efficiency of our platform. Ideal candidates will have a background in logistics, preferably in roles such as tender, pricing, or bid management within a 3PL, carrier, or forwarding organization, and should demonstrate an analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving. A solid understanding of transportation pricing mechanisms across various transport modes is essential. Proficiency in English and French is required to effectively serve our expanding customer base in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to our clients in utilizing our logistics SaaS applications.
  • Analyze historical shipment, rate, and contract data to offer informed consultancy based on insights derived from our applications.
  • Collaborate with leading companies to develop their transport RFPs and RFIs.
  • Evaluate customer bidding events on our platform and create scenarios using the analytical tools available.
  • Work within a diverse international team dedicated to supporting global clients.
  • Advise large industry clients on the implementation of logistics tenders.
  • Conduct training sessions (web-based, on-site, or in-house) for our clients.
  • Assist other departments with project and customer-related information (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Accounting, IT).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics, ideally with a Transport Carrier.
  • Experience in Tender Management or transport purchasing is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of RFP processes and excellent analytical skills.
  • Customer service experience is essential.
  • Fluency in English and French; proficiency in German and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Goal-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work independently.
