We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Retail Analytics to join our team at Adidas. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business success through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a Consistent Reporting Framework: Create a robust and scalable reporting framework that aligns with our company's strategic priorities, enabling data-driven decision making across all impact areas.
  • Innovate and Improve Processes: Identify opportunities to leverage analytics and technologies, driving process improvements and innovation across the organization.
  • Define and Drive Innovation Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to define an innovation roadmap, align with business objectives, and drive timely implementation, ensuring progress, results, and milestones are closely monitored.
  • Act as a Change Agent and Accelerator: Foster a culture of innovation, providing training and workshops to enhance the skills of our retail community, and identifying and sharing relevant learning opportunities.
  • Enable Consistent Reports for Stakeholders: Develop and maintain reports that cater to the needs of various stakeholders, including store teams, district teams, and back-office retail leadership.
  • Develop Tactical and Strategic Reporting and Analytics: Create data-driven insights and reports to inform leadership decisions, driving critical business outcomes in retail.
  • Create New Forecasting and Data Modeling: Develop advanced forecasting and data modeling techniques to identify marginal gains in the business, focusing on improved NS daily forecasting, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
  • Contribute to Europe TRNS4RM: Ensure consistency and continuity in reporting, collaborating with the D&A team to improve data quality and availability.
  • Drive Maintenance of Existing Dashboards and Support Leadership Analytics: Validate data quality, create data models, and maintain existing dashboards, working closely with the D&A team to enhance data quality and availability.
  • Share Business Insights: Proactively share business insights with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive actions that enhance retail and franchise performance.

Requisite Education and Experience
  • University Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Similar Qualification
  • 5-10 Years of Operational Finance Experience: Experience in retail/fashion and/or brand-driven environments, with a strong background in project management and facilitating workshops.
  • Fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
