We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist to join our team at Cytiva, a leading provider of innovative solutions for the Life Sciences industry. As a key member of our Customer Service/Order Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Demonstrate exceptional data entry skills to quickly and accurately review and input data, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure pricing updates are correctly implemented in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
- Monitor orders from receipt to delivery, proactively resolving any issues that may arise and striving for continuous improvement of our On-Time Delivery (OTD) metric.
- Participate in daily Visual Daily Management meetings with the team to drive improvements in key metrics, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school degree (or equivalent experience) with multiple years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced Order Management role.
- Proven experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and CRM systems such as Salesforce, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively review and understand sales agreements, proposals, purchase orders, and related information.
- Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both languages.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to effectively review and understand complex sales agreements, proposals, and purchase orders.
