Senior Neonatologist

This position involves:

• Participation in specialist on-call services
• Medical care for neonatal and pediatric patients in the PICU/NICU and neonatal Intermediate Care Station as well as general pediatric patients
• Accompanying Baby-NAW missions
• Potential involvement in international patient transport (ambulance flights)
• Regular participation in and contribution to training sessions
• Contributing to quality assurance projects and interdisciplinary working groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality medical care to neonatal and pediatric patients
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols

Requirements:

• Specialist recognition in Pediatrics with a focus on Neonatology
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to motivate and develop staff

• Proof of immunization against measles
