Trainee Softwareentwicklung (m/w/d)

Als Trainee (m/w/d) bei Vector Informatik arbeitest du an aktuellen Produkten und strategischen Projekten. Du bist mittendrin, wenn es um die Neukonzeption oder Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte geht. Deine Stammabteilung ist im Bereich der Toolentwicklung. Durch bis zu vier wechselnde Einsätze in unseren agilen Produktteams, in Software-Architekturteams, der Forschung oder dem Business Development baust du deine Kompetenzen und dein Netzwerk aus. Zusätzlich ist ein internationaler Einsatz möglich, der deine interkulturelle Kompetenz stärkt. Erwerb von Methodenwissen und Lösungskompetenz sowie erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit in Teams sind deine Zentralen Ziele. Dazu reflektierst du regelmäßig deine Erfahrungen, Erkenntnisse und Vorgehensweisen mit erfahrenen Coaches und deinem persönlichen Mentor und erweiterst durch Trainings deine Fach- und Schlüsselkompetenzen.

Dein Profil:
  • Überdurchschnittlicher technischer oder naturwissenschaftlicher Masterabschluss oder Promotion
  • Herausragendes angewandtes Wissen durch einschlägige Praktika in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, abstraktes Denkvermögen und Lösungskompetenz
  • Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Kreativität und Flexibilität
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
