Über die Position:
In dieser Schlüsselrolle sind Sie für die gesamte Betriebsführung verantwortlich. Sie bringen umfangreiche Erfahrung im Bereich der Pre-Opening Prozesse mit und setzen hohe Standards für Qualität und Service. Ihre Fähigkeit, ein engagiertes Team zu führen und zu motivieren, ist entscheidend für den Erfolg unseres Hauses.

Ihre Aufgaben:
1. Leitung und Organisation des Hotelbetriebs
2. Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Gästeservices
3. Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Umsatzsteigerung
4. Förderung eines positiven Arbeitsumfeldes für alle Mitarbeiter
