Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues during the complaint resolution process.
  • Assess components against technical schematics and determine their adherence to specifications.
  • Investigate technical problems and articulate them clearly with reference to technical documentation.
  • Evaluate and categorize components in the returns process, coordinating necessary follow-up actions.
  • Leverage SAP for managing quality concerns and processing returns.

Required Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic, Energy Electronics Technician, or Machinist, with relevant work experience preferred.
  • Strong technical acumen and knowledge base.
  • Ability to work independently and with self-motivation.
  • Excellent conflict resolution, communication, and collaborative skills.
  • Proficient in standard office software (MS Office).
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
