About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at ZARA in Lübeck. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring our merchandise is presented in a visually appealing manner, and driving sales through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and resolving any queries or concerns.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves, tidying displays, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
