Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Lead Solution Architect, der unsere digitale Transformation vorantreibt und unsere Lösungsarchitekten leitet. Als Teil unseres dynamischen E-Commerce-Teams hast du Einfluss darauf, wie wir unsere Kunden mit einzigartigen Einkaufserlebnissen an allen digitalen Berührungspunkten in 12 Ländern und über fünf Marken begeistern.

Aufgaben
  • Du bist für die technische Leitung, Anleitung und Koordination unserer Lösungsarchitekten verantwortlich.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass die EA-Richtlinien bei der Arbeit der Lösungsarchitekt:innen eingehalten werden.
  • Du übernimmst die Architekturunterstützung auf familienübergreifender Ebene und bietest direkte Unterstützung für eine Produktfamilie bei der Arbeit mit der Lösungsarchitektur.
  • Du unterstützt die Leiter:innen der Produktfamilien und stimmst die Ziele der Produktfamilien mit den Architekturmustern ab.
  • Du entwickelst Lösungsarchitekturen für Geschäftsanforderungen, indem du bestimmte Geschäfts-, Informations- und Technologieelemente abstrahierst und diese Elemente zur Lösung spezifischer Probleme anwendest.
  • Unter Berücksichtigung der geschäftlichen Herausforderungen und Anforderungen arbeitest du an der Identifizierung und Implementierung spezifischer Lösungen und stellst sicher, dass diese Lösungen die Geschäftsstrategien unterstützen und mit der Gesamtarchitektur des Unternehmens übereinstimmen.
  • Du bist dafür verantwortlich, eine Kombination von Bausteinen für potenzielle Lösungen vorzuschlagen.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass die Entwurfsmuster innerhalb der Produktfamilie korrekt angewendet und dokumentiert werden.
Qualifikationen
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem technischen/IT-Bereich, vorzugsweise als Solution Architect.
  • Fortgeschrittene IT-Kenntnisse mit Schwerpunkt auf strategischem Denken und der Fähigkeit, Architekturfragen zu präsentieren und mit Stakeholdern zu verhandeln.
  • Vorzugsweise ein Bachelor-Abschluss in Software Engineering, Information Technology oder ein ähnlicher Abschluss in einem technischen Bereich.
  • Kenntnisse über den Aufbau eines skalierten agilen Teams.
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit serviceorientierter Architektur (SOA).
  • Kenntnisse über Mikrodienste und monolithische Architekturen sowie über eine Kombination dieser Architekturen in einer lebendigen Landschaft.
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.
  • TOGAF10-Zertifikat.
  • BPMN2-Zertifikat.
