Market Insights Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Consumer Healthcare team. As a key member of our Market Insights team, you will be responsible for generating insights that drive our Consumer Healthcare business forward.
Key Responsibilities- Create, compile, analyze, and share insights on assigned Consumer Healthcare categories to identify growth opportunities and assess our company's position on the market.
- Provide deep dive analytics on strategic and important Consumer Healthcare brand topics within assigned categories.
- Develop meaningful and insightful dashboards using internal and external data sources.
- Review and challenge Consumer Healthcare brand business objectives to develop, manage, and execute market research plans.
- Lead all primary market research in assigned Consumer Healthcare categories, including defining project objectives and scope, vendor selection, project management, and delivering the project on time and to budget.
- Contribute to continuous process optimization, enabling cross-functional collaboration and facilitating best-practice sharing.
- Master's degree in business, marketing, management, or research-related discipline.
- 5-8 years' experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence, obtained in a market research agency or a Consumer Healthcare company.
- Mastery of designing, conducting, and evaluating primary and secondary research in consumer healthcare to drive fact-based and data-driven insights using multiple research and analytic techniques.
- Proven ability to effectively manage large multi-country consumer/healthcare professional primary market research projects and communicate actionable insights across multiple teams.
- Significant experience with data (IMS, Mintel, IRI) and analytics (Excel, Alteryx) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
- Confident in analyzing and presenting data and communicating to cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of the media/digital landscape and how it can be used to shape consumer insight.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable developing strong relationships within the business and across teams/markets.
- Excellent English written, verbal, and presentation skills.
