Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager (m/w/d) to join our team at EDEKA Foodservice Handelshof Management GmbH in Minden. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Communication Strategy Development: Conceptualize, introduce, and manage internal communication initiatives to engage employees and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Oversee the development and implementation of projects related to internal and external corporate communication.
- Content Creation: Create and maintain various online, social media, and internal communication channels, ensuring consistency and quality of content.
- Content Management: Manage and develop the company's intranet, ensuring it remains up-to-date and engaging.
- Press Relations: Write press releases, presentations, and information materials that effectively communicate the company's message.
- Customer Service: Coordinate the customer service center, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Presentations and Reports: Create and present reports and presentations to the management team, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Vendor Management: Oversee and coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Skills: Expertise in public relations, creativity, and ability to implement innovative ideas, excellent writing and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, and fluency in German (written and spoken).
- Personal Qualities: High level of self-motivation, independence, and customer orientation, combined with a good sense of humor and a creative approach to problem-solving.
