Your Responsibilities
  • As a Senior Inside Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on customer support, ensuring our existing clients receive exceptional service to meet their procurement needs.
  • You will actively seek new clients, identifying high-potential customers through telephone outreach, whether they are new registrations or existing clients. After onboarding, you will collaborate with Account Managers to ensure successful customer development.
  • Collaboration with Account Managers is essential as you work together to enhance customer support and service delivery.
  • You will receive assistance from technical experts, particularly for complex customer inquiries, which will further enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Maintaining communication with various teams will be crucial to resolve customer issues, provide valuable feedback, and drive improvements to our platform.
Your Profile
  • You possess significant experience in B2B sales, particularly within Inside Sales for customized products or in the metalworking, machinery, or plant construction sectors.
  • Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively across different channels and organizational levels, with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English are essential.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot, is required.
  • As a seasoned sales professional, you exhibit a proactive, motivational, and collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
  • You are well-organized, capable of prioritizing tasks, and goal-driven, with a passion for the dynamic nature of a startup and ideally have experience in agile settings. A solid technical understanding is also beneficial.
