START NRW GmbH is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Technician to join our team in Viersen. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment specializing in extrusion processes.
As a Production Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our client's facility. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including:
- Packing and Labeling: Securely package finished products by tying and labeling bundles according to established procedures.
- Drawing Bench Operations: Assist in the operation of drawing benches, ensuring accurate dimensions and quality control.
- Extrusion Press Support: Provide essential support to extrusion press operators, including lubrication and maintenance tasks.
- Oven Operation: Monitor and operate ovens according to specific temperature and time requirements.
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- A strong understanding of the German language.
- Prior experience in metal processing is highly advantageous.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- A dedicated and reliable work ethic.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required.
START NRW GmbH offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- An hourly rate of €14.00, increasing to €16.10 after 6 weeks and further to €18.00 from the 6th month.
- A permanent employment contract from day one.
