ERP Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Support Specialist to join our team at Techem. As an ERP Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of our ERP system, WOWIPORT, to ensure seamless integration with our customers' systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, working closely with internal teams and customers to resolve problems efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP system developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our customers' experience.
- Participate in the development of business requirements and functional specifications for ERP system enhancements and new features.
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, user guides, and other documentation to support customer self-service and internal knowledge sharing.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong background in ERP systems, preferably with experience in WOWIPORT.
- Excellent technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Fluency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in using ERP system tools and software.
