About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Planning Intern to join our team at Kia Europe. As a Business Planning Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our business planning activities, including developing Excel and PowerPoint templates, consolidating market feedback, and creating reports from internal tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Excel and PowerPoint templates for Kia Europe and its subsidiaries
  • Consolidate market feedback and create summary files
  • Create reports from internal tools and design, monitor, and correct various reports
  • Support the team in running analysis and research to facilitate optimal decision-making
  • Assist in various business planning projects via PowerPoint presentations
  • Support markets with business planning-related questions
  • Support the organization and execution of top management meetings and conferences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master student in a relevant field (math, physics, engineering, economics)
  • Open-minded and adaptable to an international working environment with diverse cultures
  • High analytical skills and strong personal engagement and business interest
  • Very accurate and reliable working style, confident in IT skills (complex spreadsheets in Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Enjoy communication and creating alignment between various levels and across different functions in the organization
  • Driven team player, result-oriented, and supportive
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new tasks, technologies, and challenges in a fast-moving environment
  • Capable of analyzing problems and communicating solutions and results
