Palliative Care Nursing Specialist (m/w/d)

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive ambulatory care that honors patients' autonomy and reinforces their support systems.
- Facilitate supplementary partial care, aiding in medical-nursing services and supervising caregiving activities, while not directly engaging in basic care tasks.
- Conduct weekly patient visits and be on standby for urgent situations through compensated on-call duties, providing expert palliative care insights to patients and their families.
- Utilize advanced technology and a comfortable service vehicle (optional) to enable flexible operations in a mobile setting.
Your Required Qualifications:
- Licensed nurse with a Palliative Care certification and substantial experience in the field.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary framework and actively contribute to the Palliative Network.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrating confidence and empathy when interacting with healthcare professionals and supporting families.
- Exhibit compassion towards patients' choices, recognizing your role and valuing the existing social and professional context.
