Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Module Electrical Design Engineer/Expert Power Module Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at 理想汽车. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of advanced power modules, driving innovation and excellence in electrical design.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Technology Roadmap Development

Develop and maintain industry-leading technology roadmaps for SiC power modules, ensuring our products stay at the forefront of innovation.

Collaboration and Technical Cooperation

Work closely with cross-functional teams to complete pre-research on advanced packaging solutions, and establish technical partnerships with universities and research institutes to drive electrical design advancements.

SiC Power Module Design and Verification

Lead the design, simulation, and verification of power module packaging, developing advanced electrical design techniques that set industry standards.

Problem-Solving and Technical Expertise

Resolve complex issues related to power module oscillation, current sharing, system coupling, and module reliability, leveraging expertise in power semiconductor packaging.

Technology Tracking and Development

Investigate and track forward-looking technologies in power semiconductor packaging, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

Chip Simulation and Verification

Develop and simulate SiC MOSFET chip models, verifying dynamic characteristics and ensuring optimal performance.

Power Chip Selection and Development

Select and develop power chips, completing chip requirement development, screening, and optimal patch strategy, and introducing new chips into batch production.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  1. Master's Degree or Above

Possess a Master's degree or above in microelectronics, power electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical electronics, or a related field.

8+ Years of Experience

Hold more than 8 years of experience in electrical development or technology research and development of power semiconductor packaging.

SiC Module Development Experience

Have successful experience in electrical development of SiC modules, with a preference for those who have developed products that have achieved mass production status.

Knowledge and Skills

  1. Industry Knowledge and Interpersonal Relationships

Familiarize yourself with the overall situation of the semiconductor packaging industry and establish good interpersonal relationships within the industry.

Theoretical Foundation and Technical Skills

Possess a solid theoretical foundation in microstructure, basic working principles, common failure modes, and power electronic circuits of power semiconductor devices such as Si, SiC, and GaN.

Electromagnetic Fields and Power Electronics

Be proficient in electromagnetic fields, circuits, power electronics, and basic principles of power devices.

Skills and Competencies

  1. SiC Power Module Design Tools

Master SiC power module electrical design tools such as Q3D, Pspice, Siwave, etc.

Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills

Exhibit excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
