Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of national and international transactions related to company acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
- Support the valuation of companies using recognized and standard valuation techniques (e.g., DCF, Multiples).
- Prepare documentation for management decision-making.
- Collaborate on screening projects.
- Engage actively in portfolio management, key performance indicator analysis, and market and competitive assessments.
Candidate Profile:
- Currently pursuing a degree in economics, law, engineering, or natural sciences (4th semester or higher).
- Preferably, some practical experience through internships in sectors such as industry, management consulting, or investment banking.
- A keen interest in financial matters.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- An independent and responsible work ethic, complemented by excellent English proficiency.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
