About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Assets Valuation Officer to join our team at Bank Pictet & Cie (Europe) AG, succursale de Luxembourg. As a key member of our Fund Administration department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate valuation of Private Equity and Real Estate funds for Net Asset Value (NAV) purposes and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze valuations reports from Private Equity and Real Estate funds.
  • Reconcile transactions and update commitments and valuations.
  • Record and monitor fair value adjustments in clients' portfolios.
  • Handle audit queries and manage valuation requests from clients and partners.
  • Prepare reports for the AIFM valuation committee.
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance or Economics.
  • 1 to 3 years' experience in Fund administration or fiduciary, with preliminary experience in the field of Private Equity.
  • Knowledge of the PE/RE investment fund industry, accounting basics, and good Excel skills.
  • Excellent interaction skills with clients and a good command of French and English.
