LOGISTIC PEOPLE (Deutschland) GmbH is seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods both domestically and internationally.

As a key point of contact for LTL shipments, you will collaborate closely with customers, internal departments, drivers, and warehouse personnel. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating shipment details, monitoring delivery progress, managing inventory levels, and upholding quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for domestic or international LTL shipments across various departments.
  • Collaborate with customers to confirm product availability and initiate new shipments.
  • Oversee transportation processes, ensuring timely delivery of special or time-sensitive consignments.
  • Maintain regular communication with in-house drivers and warehouse interfaces.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with end customers.
  • Manage delivery receipts and diligently monitor inventory levels.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and conduct daily inventory checks.
Your Profile:
  • Possess a completed training program as a specialist in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Demonstrate experience handling national and/or international freight shipments.
  • Exhibit a strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
  • Be fluent in German and English.
  • Proficient in MS-Office applications.
  • Possess a customer-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
