As a Java Developer at Optimus Search, you will play a crucial role in scaling our client's market platform to support business growth and expand their product portfolio with innovative financing solutions. You will collaborate closely with a Product Owner and an agile cross-functional team to drive innovation and new approaches to software development.
Our client is an internationally certified payment institute that enhances corporate payments with working-capital optimization, financing, and lean processing. They develop technology-driven, unique solutions for their customers, providing instant added value. Their clients include large, international corporations from various industries, supported by a diversified and growing team in Hamburg and Madrid.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable Java applications using Spring, Hibernate, and other relevant frameworks.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring that the team's codebase remains up-to-date and follows the latest software development trends.
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure that all developed features meet the required quality standards.
