Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pforte Team Member at our Schrobenhausen location. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information within our facility.

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, customers, and colleagues
• Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Coordinate and facilitate the arrival and departure of visitors and delivery personnel
• Process and manage paperwork, including documentation and records
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an asset
• Fluency in German and/or English is required
