Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our premium kimchi products and health management tech solution.

Responsibilities
  • Co-develop a comprehensive communication and social media strategy to engage with our target audience
  • Create high-quality, engaging content in both English and German for our social media channels and website
  • Manage and optimize our social media presence across platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and XING
  • Collaborate with influencers in the food, health, and fitness industries to promote our brand and products
  • Assist in the development of market-facing communication, brand management, and customer engagement strategies
Requirements
  • Native German speaker with strong written English skills
  • Student in Munich with a background in Psychology, Marketing, Journalism, Communication, Nutrition, Literature, or related fields
  • Proficient in MS-Office suite and creative tools such as Canva and Adobe
  • Experience in managing B2B and B2C marketing across social media channels
  • Strong analytical and creative skills, with the ability to design impactful content
  • Passion for health, food, nutrition, and personal fitness
  • Interest in an immersive internship experience at a startup
