Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Junior Sales Consultant, der sich in unserer dynamischen und familiären Unternehmenskultur zurechtfindet und sich mit Leidenschaft für die Versicherungsbranche begeistert.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Wir bereiten dich in unserer Akademie intensiv auf deine IHK-Abschlussprüfung zur Fachfrau/Fachmann für Versicherungen und Finanzen vor.
  • Hast du dein IHK-Zertifikat in der Tasche, wirst du von uns per Training on the job in deine neuen Aufgaben eingearbeitet.
  • Fachkundig berätst und betreust du Menschen in allen Lebenssituationen und vermittelst dabei die Vorteile unserer Premiumprodukte – immer bedarfsgerecht und individuell abgestimmt.
  • Überzeugen "on the run": Deine Stammkunden begeistern bei Vor-Ort-Terminen in der Vertriebsregion.
  • Du konzipierst wirksame Vertriebsstrategien und Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung.
  • Akquise neuer Kunden/innen und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen.
Was wir von dir erwarten
  • Realschulabschluss oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Abitur.
  • Kommunikationsgeschick, Verkaufstalent und ein gutes Gespür für die Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden.
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Ehrgeiz und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Flexibilität, Mobilität und einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
