Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and drives innovation.
- Product Development: Work closely with agile teams to build and deliver software products 100% in the cloud, ensuring that the development caters to business requirements and customer needs.
- User Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Employ a continuous discovery approach to understand user needs, integrate user feedback into product development, and improve satisfaction and maximize business impact.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, set clear and realistic expectations, and ensure that the team delivers on them reliably.
- Team Collaboration: Build trust with engineering, data, and UX teams by ensuring that what is built is aligned with business values and allows room for research, refactoring, proper security, scalability, and automation.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Success Metrics: Define key business goals, KPIs, and success metrics, track them, and improve upon them.
- Market Trends and Competitive Landscape: Stay updated on market trends and the competitive landscape to influence product strategy and anticipate customer needs.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of successfully launching and growing software products from 0-1, ideally in the advertising or media industry.
- Product Development: Previous experience building Dashboarding & Reporting products.
- Business Acumen: Excellent business acumen and proven ability to work with senior commercial stakeholders.
- Agile Principles: Experienced in conducting product discovery with users and working with SCRUM and agile principles.
- Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage laterally in a hybrid working environment.
- Communication: Outstanding written and oral communication skills that can break down complex concepts and adapt communication to different audiences.
- Data Sense: A strong data sense for interpreting trends and translating them into insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of BI-tools and ability to converse eye-to-eye with our BI-development and software engineering teams.
- OKR Experience: Ideally >1 year of experience with OKR.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (at least C1) and German (at least B2).
