Product Strategy Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at TeamViewer. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product vision and strategy for our Support, Control & Manage products globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and high-level business goals to create solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise customers.
  • Translate metrics into results and connect data, feedback, and other insights to prioritize product features and capabilities.
  • Report directly to the VP of Product Management and drive the global product strategy for our Support, Control & Manage offerings.
  • Work closely with Product Owners of our TeamViewer Core platform and manage cross-functional stakeholders around the vision for the product.
  • Collaborate with other product leaders and teams across the globe to reach alignment on requirements and strategic direction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and monitor the market to inform product decisions.
  • Represent and promote our product offerings at external events.

Requirements

  • University or college degree in Computer Science, Media Design, Information Technology, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, working with agile development teams and building world-class B2B software products.
  • Proven track record of taking products to expanding markets.
  • Background in working on consumer-level products and customer requirements.
  • Ability to gather data and transform it into understandable concepts.
  • Confidence to represent the organization both internally and externally.
  • Past experience in Consulting or Strategy & Management is a plus.
  • Excitement about working with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and willingness to tackle challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on mentality combined with willingness to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills backed by the ability to influence.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus.
