Electrical Engineer - Sales & Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic sales and support team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by providing technical expertise, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive technical support, project consulting, and quotation preparation to equipment manufacturers, engineering firms, and property owners.
  • Actively acquire new customers and expand our market reach.
  • Offer expert technical advice and guidance to customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Conduct project meetings and site visits with clients across Germany.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess strong dedication, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Hold a completed engineering degree in electrical engineering, utilities, or automation technology, or equivalent technical training.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills with fluency in German and English.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation technology (DDC).
  • Proficiency in using PC applications under the Windows operating system.
  • Previous experience in sales and customer service is highly desirable.
