Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Specialist to join our team in the Service Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers. Your primary duties will include:

  • Installing and maintaining Loxone home automation systems in the field
  • Installing and configuring reception systems, network technology, and video surveillance systems
  • Performing minor repairs and installations in the customer service department
  • Delivering and installing new equipment such as TVs and household appliances
  • Repairing coffee machines and TVs
  • Independently handling repair quotes, ordering replacement parts, and coordinating schedules
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed electrical engineering education as an Electronics Specialist or a comparable profession
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience
  • Mechatronic and electronic knowledge and experience in the field of service, repair, and replacement of electronic devices is desirable
  • Excellent customer orientation and service mentality
  • You are a team player, work independently, and enjoy technical challenges and new technologies
  • Good PC user skills (including MS Office products)
  • Good communication skills and a friendly and secure appearance
  • A valid driver's license (Class B or Class 3)
