Automation Test Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Lead to join our team at KPIT. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of automated testing strategies for our e-Powertrain AUTOSAR based Safety Compliant ECU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks for HIL simulators and proprietary test benches.
  • Develop and execute test automation scripts using Python/CAPL as scripting languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer requirements and analyze system and software requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test cases based on analysis of system and software requirements.
  • Perform activities related to test automation framework setup and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Experience with FlexRay, Ethernet, CAN, and LIN protocol testing.
  • Experience with HIL environment and bench setup.
  • ECU test, INCA, and requirement-based testing.
  • Good experience in Vector tool chain.
  • Working experience with tools such as Vector Test Tools (CANoe or CANalyzer), ECU-TEST, TRACE32 Debugger, DevOps – Zuul, Jenkins, Ansible Scripting, Bazel Added Advantage, Git/GitHub, INCA, ECU TEST, JIRA.
  • Good knowledge on scripting language: CAPL, Python.
  • Exposure to test systems, building configurations, and continuous integration.
  • Advanced English.
Preferred Skills
  • Bazel Added Advantage.
  • Exposure to functional safety.
  • Basic AUTOSAR and UDS knowledge.
  • German language.
