**Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Trainer to support our Metall and Industry 4.0 training programs. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training content to our apprentices, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and deliver training programs for Metall and Industry 4.0, aligned with our company's training objectives and industry standards.
  • Design and implement training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
  • Conduct training sessions, providing guidance and support to our apprentices.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our training team to develop and implement new training initiatives.

**Requirements**

  • Relevant technical training experience, preferably in the Metall or Industry 4.0 sector.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD design, CNC machining, and metalworking processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training content, using a variety of teaching methods.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
