Our client, LOGISTIC PEOPLE (Deutschland) GmbH, is a leading provider of automotive logistics solutions. They offer full-service logistics solutions for automotive manufacturers and handle pre-assembly of components for suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate local delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and transport contractors, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Operate with a focus on business and economics, analyzing data to optimize logistics operations and reduce costs
- Schedule pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring seamless transportation of goods
- Organize transfers and special trips, adapting to changing customer needs and requirements
Requirements:
- Completed training as a Specialist for Logistics and Supply Chain Management, with a strong understanding of logistics principles and practices
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs
- Proficient in MS-Office, with strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
