Project Manager - Patient Recruitment

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager - Patient Recruitment to join our team at Clariness GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading international patient recruitment projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to quality standards, project scope, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and overseeing international patient recruitment projects across 30+ countries, ensuring quality, adherence to scope, and timely delivery.
  • Implementing effective operational processes and practices to improve performance, manage resources, and ensure compliance.
  • Developing strategies for operational management and patient recruitment initiatives, addressing risks, and providing innovative solutions.
  • Enhancing efficiency and profitability in providing registry services and clinical trial recruitments.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations through effective communication.
  • Managing and improving portfolio and project management processes. Ensuring all operations are conducted in a cost-effective manner while maintaining high standards of quality control.
Requirements:
  • Successfully completed studies, preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, clinical trials, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in developing business processes and operational management.
  • Professional project management certification (Prince2, IPMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (MS Project).
  • A strategic and agile mindset with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and intercultural competence.
