Salesforce Developer/Architect

GlobalXperts Technology is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer/Architect to support our organization & Systems Integrator with a business focus of providing end users and solutions providers with support services based on industry best practices.

The Role

As a Salesforce Developer/Architect, you will be responsible for defining project scope & specifications, estimating resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet customer requirements and developing schedules, test plans and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope & specifications and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solution.
  • Ensure specifications and requirements are clearly articulated to the development teams and monitor timelines & progress.
  • Gather requirements and specifications from clients and users in conjunction with the sales team to gain a strong understanding of client expectations.
  • Identify potential issues between systems and client specifications and propose new solutions.
  • Propose the technical solution and oversee the selection of technologies.
  • Provide clients with regular feedback and updates on projects.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and direction, guidance, and support on complex sales engagements.
  • Review proposals and estimates from vendors and ensure that external solutions work with internal development projects.

Ideal Candidate

  • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • You have at least 8 years experience, ideally within a Business Analyst/developer or Solution Architect role.
  • Technical expertise in SDKs, AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, Javascript.
  • Working experience in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Web Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder.
  • Expertise in Integration (REST & SOAP API).
  • Should be able to understand requirements & Design.
  • Prepare Low level Design & align to OOTB Standard functionality.
  • Technical expertise LWC, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, Visual Force.
  • Able to propose optimal solution and review.
  • Ensure Solution are scalable, Maintainable and adhere to Salesforce Best Practices, leveraging Standard SF functionality.
  • Experience on Marketing Cloud, Communications Cloud (Vlocity) & Mulesoft will be added advantage.
  • Worked on Proposals, RFP.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
