Job Summary

HDI AG is seeking a highly motivated and skilled DevSecOps Trainee to join our team at HDI Central Functions. As a DevSecOps Trainee, you will be part of our 18-month trainee program, where you will gain hands-on experience in software development, operations, security, and agile methodology.

Your Responsibilities

  • Participate in our 18-month trainee program and benefit from general learning modules that will help you navigate in a global operating enterprise.
  • As a DevSecOps Trainee, you will be guided through your traineeship by one of our experts in this field as your mentor.
  • During the trainee program, you will work in different agile development teams and learn all you need to know about software development, operations, security, agile methodology, and more.
  • In the final step of your trainee journey, you will take your learnings into the field and help others to grow and further foster our organization's success.

Your Profile

  • Hold an above-average degree in the field of software development, business informatics, or comparable fields.
  • Have very good knowledge of software development with Java, Angular, Spring Boot, Docker containers, cloud with Azure, and first successful projects will be a plus.
  • Have a focus on software quality, including security and automation in deployment and testing.
  • Be ambitious about your team's work results regarding quality and velocity, as well as your personal goals.
  • Have a good sense for clean code and usability.
  • Be a team player.
  • Be fluent in English and/or German.
  • Be curious.
